Indian Palms Gated Resort offers a safe walking and biking neighborhood, golf, on location bar and grill, lifestyle center with gyms and classes. There is a community pool and spa walking distant from the house. The resort also sits right across the famous Empire Polo club, home to the Coachella music festivals.
Dedicated parking on the driveway and inside the garage. There are 4 spaces available with a universal Level 2 EV and Tesla charger. Guests can walk or ride the available 6 bicycles around the neighborhood.
⭐️ Due to the safety of resort residents, only the main entrance on Monroe street
is opened during Coachella and Stagecoach festivals. The gate is about a 15
minute walk from our property.
