Empire Polo Club is right across the street. You can hear the music from the property during the festival — and if you want to make a run back mid-day to rest, recharge, or change clothes, it’s a 5-minute drive. That proximity matters more than you think after day two.

Indian Palms Golf Resort is a gated community built around a golf course. Inside the gates it’s quiet, green, and resort-like. Pickleball courts are available for guests who want a morning warm-up before the gates open.

Tips for Groups at Stagecoach 2026

1. Coordinate Your Set List Early

Stagecoach has multiple stages running simultaneously. Share the lineup with your group before the weekend and figure out who wants to see what. Have a meeting point established — cell service can get spotty when 70,000 people are all on their phones.

2. Designate a House Chef for at Least One Meal

Stagecoach food is great, but expensive. One proper group breakfast or pre-show dinner at the house saves real money for a group of 6–10. The kitchen is fully stocked and the BBQ is right there.

3. Use the Pool and Hot Tub Strategically

An hour in the pool before the evening sets — when you’re rested instead of exhausted — is a different experience than collapsing into it at midnight. Both have their place. Plan for both.
