Accessible Seating
Wheelchair accessible and low mobility seating is available on every level of the venue at comparable prices and sight-lines. Purchase through Ticketmaster.com and select the accessibility filter when searching for your event.
Accessible Entrances & Drop-Off
All entry doors at Acrisure Arena are accessible. There is a designated Accessible Entrance to the right of the main Spotlight 29 entrance for guests needing elevator access. The drop-off and pick-up location for limited mobility guests is outside the Northeast Corner of the building, near the Berger Foundation Iceplex on Classic Club Drive.
Accessible Parking
All Acrisure Arena lots are wheelchair accessible. Designated van-accessible spaces are available with a valid placard, tabs, or accessible license plates. Spaces are first come, first served — arrive early for best availability.
Elevators
Elevators are located in the Northeast, Northwest, and Southwest corners of the arena. All elevators provide access to the Silvercrest Level and Main Concourse. The Northeast elevator also provides Event Level access during floor-seating events.
Restrooms
All public restrooms are wheelchair accessible. There are also 8 All-Gender single-occupancy restrooms throughout the arena. An adult changing table is available in the All Gender Restroom on the Concourse behind Section 105.
